Your satisfaction is our top priority. We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original labels

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a refund. 

Final sale and non-returnable categories:

  • Bodysuits
  • Intimates/Lingerie
  • Swimwear/Cover Ups

Return Process: To initiate a return, kindly reach out to our support team at [support@beyondfashion.io] and provide your order number or the email you was using when you placed your order. They will guide you through the process and provide you with return details. 

  1. Return Initiation: Contact our support team to start the return process.
  2. Inspection: We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return.
  3. Refund Details: Once approved, you will receive details about your refund.
  4. Refund Process: Your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Important Note: Keep in mind that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on your bank or credit card company. Please note we do not cover the delivery costs.
